Accommodation (budget)
This was a long trip so the majority of our accommodation was budget, that doesn't meant was all bad though! Here are the places we stayed, a wee review and a link to each one.

Kelowna- Samesun Backpackers Hostel
We had a private room that was pretty good. There is ample kitchen space, breakfast included and it is on a bus route. Good hostel.
Big White- Urban Retreat Hostel
We had a private room with a kitchenette so we could cook in our room. Its ski in/ ski out and a short walk to the shops and pubs. No internet in the room we had but other than that it was a good place to stay.
Red Mountain- Mountain Shadow Hostel
Really clean and homely. Great kitchen facilities. Right across the road from the ski bus pick up. Like a budget hotel. Recommended.
Nelson (Whitewater)- Mountain Hound Inn
Really clean, comfy room. Beside lots of shops and restaurants. Ski bus leaves from a few doors down. Nelson is amazing!
Silverstar- Samesun Backpackers Lodge
Our room was fine and the hostel is in a good position. The common area and kitchen were like a uni halls, messy and unclean.
Vernon- Prestige Hotel
Clean room, comfy bed. Near lots of shops. Swimming pool. Good bar.
Kicking Horse- Glacier Mountain Lodge
Felt like luxury after all the hostels. Great facilities, right across from the gondola. Highly recommended.
Revelstoke- Poppis Guesthouse
Really homely. Clean and comfortable rooms. A real home from home, we stayed here twice.
Sun Peaks- Sun Peaks hostel
Built in a wooden A-frame building that amplifies every sound- take ear plugs. Weird decor. Avoid.
Kamloops- The Plaza Hotel
Nice clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast was great. Historic quirky hotel.
Nakusp- Nakusp Hot springs
Lovely room beside the lake. Great facilities. The hot springs were brilliant.
Chilliwack- The Royal hotel
Like a hotel from a western movie, had a stand up bath in the room. Really cool place.
